The payment section of this website is provided to enable insurance policyholders to make payments.
What happens once we have received your payment?
If we receive and receipt your full payment before the due date and the information set out in our notice to you is correct, cover will commence for the period of insurance shown on your most recent policy schedule or renewal notice. Full details on paying for your policy and renewing your policy are available in the policy document.
What happens if I cancel my policy?
If you cancel your policy within 21 days of the period of insurance commencement date you will receive a full refund, provided you have not lodged a claim. Full details of cancellations and refunds are available in the policy documents.
Is my data safe?
We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information.
The secure collection and processing of your credit card details are managed by Stripe. Your credit card details are neither stored nor processed by Aioi Nisssay Dowa Insurance Company, Limited.
